OMF 2026 LLC Social Media Contest Rules
How it works
The Okeechobee Fest has launched a social media drawing for Okeechobee Fest ® via our Instagram channel, asking followers to complete the steps outlined below to be entered into a draw to win: 4 VIP Tickets worth $4,156, a 4-night stay at The Funky Flamingo worth
$794; for a total value of $4,950. The name of the contest will be: The Funky Flamingo VIP Stay Giveaway - Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival 2026
There will be only one (1) winner selected at random via a certified online random selection tool. The winner will be able to bring 3 friends.
One entry per person per social media channel. The contest for this prize is being promoted on Instagram. Carousel on @okeechobeefest Instagram, including photos of the Funky Flamingo + info. We will include a link to our website, which will host the official rules and regulations. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Okeechobee Fest invalidating a participant’s entries.

Eligibility
Must be 21 years or older to be eligible for the contest. Must complete all steps for contest to be eligible for random drawing. Okeechobee Fest subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees’ and immediate family members are ineligible participate in the contest/giveaway. Void where prohibited by law.
Agreement to rules
By entering your contest, participants agree to abide by the Okeechobee Fest Official Rules and decisions. Okeechobee Fest reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. By entering this contest participants agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
Entry Period & Prize
@okeechobeefest timeframe to enter – Monday March 9th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., through
Thursday, March 12th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Only one person will be awarded the prize. This prize is not transferable. Acceptance of this prize grants the Okeechobee Fest permission to use the winner’s entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
One winner will receive 4 VIP day tickets for the Okeechobee Music Festival March 19th – 22nd, 2026, 4 Night Stay at The Funky Flamingo March 19-22, 2026 (including 2x Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Soundsystem & Outdoor Lounge Area), Golf Cart rides to and from the Festival, Dedicated Concierge.

Odds
Odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
Selection and Notification of the Winner
Winners will be selected via a random drawing under the Okeechobee Fest supervision. Winners will be notified on the day the contest ends via a direct message on Instagram, followed by an email. Winners will need to claim their prize, and the prize may be forfeited if he/she doesn’t reply within 24 hours. The Okeechobee Fest isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a contest entry on an account that is non-functional at the time of notifying the winner of the prize. Receipt of the prize is upon the condition of compliance with federal, state, and local laws, etc.
Rights Granted by the Entrant
Upon submission of an entry into the giveaway or contest the Okeechobee Fest is granted the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration. Entries must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. Consequences for entries that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others will result in the disqualification of the participant.
Terms & Conditions
OMF 2026 LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this giveaway in the event that unauthorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the control of OMF 2026 LLC impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway. OMF 2026 LLC reserves the rights to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as the rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
